The Porterdale Chili & Blues Fall Festival, happening on November 4th, 2023, at the Porter Memorial Gymnasium, is set to be a day filled with music, mouth watering food, and a heartwarming atmosphere that welcomes all ages. In the spirit of unity and fun, local talents will also compete in the Porterdale chili cook-off, showcasing the town’s creative flair. And that’s not all; we’re here to extend our hand to those in need with the Porterdale Golden Gift Giveaway, in partnership with the Porterdale Police Department, all aimed at supporting the Porterdale community. 

The festivities don’t end with the festival; we’re excited about our big plans for 2024, closely aligned with Porterdale community revitalization. We aim to kick-start a three-phase project to update and redesign Porterdale Yellow River Park, a significant step in our Porterdale community revitalization efforts. On November 4th, from 12 PM to 5 PM, something magical happens in Porterdale – The Chili & Blues Fall Festival.
